gu10 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the gu10 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all gu10 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the gu10 platform through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other related policies published on our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and gu10 ("Platform"). You must be at least 18 years of age to use gu10's services. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
Gu10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of gu10 services, you are required to register an account by providing the necessary information, including a username, password, and valid phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting the platform or gaining an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Notify gu10 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Ensure that the email address and phone number registered to your account are active and belong to you.
Gu10 will never ask for your account password through any communication channel. If you receive any communication requesting sensitive account information, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact our support team at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a gu10 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or criminal purpose.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems or networks.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to interact with the platform.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the platform.
- Impersonating another person or providing false information during registration or transactions.
- Exploiting any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform while under the influence of any condition that impairs your ability to make sound decisions.
Gu10 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding associated funds, and reporting such activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the gu10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
Deposit Policy
Funds deposited into your gu10 account are for gaming purposes only. Deposits are processed within the timeframe indicated, depending on your chosen payment method. gu10 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. Please ensure that the payment method you use is registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 business hours, subject to identity verification and compliance with the relevant terms. gu10 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing high-value withdrawals. Funds will be credited back to the same payment method used during deposit, except where otherwise determined by management.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from their winnings or transactions on the gu10 platform under applicable Malaysian law. gu10 is not responsible for determining or managing users' tax obligations.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The gu10 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. gu10 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or be free from viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, gu10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gu10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any action that undermines the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any legitimate remaining balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to no outstanding claims or issues.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gu10 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of gu10 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property law. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from gu10.
Third-Party Links
The gu10 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. gu10 has no control over the content or policies of those websites and is not responsible for any content, products, or services available on them. You access third-party websites entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
Gu10 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms applicable to your use.
Where there are significant changes that affect user rights, gu10 will endeavour to notify users through available communication channels, such as in-platform notifications or the registered email address.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
